CASE STUDY
Cactus Lane
From 2005 through 2013, Land Reserve acquired approximately 4,200 acres of land in west Phoenix. Over 20 years of careful planning and working with local stakeholders have transformed the Cactus Lane property into a master plan that balances residential, commercial, retail, and healthcare uses.
At completion, the property will offer over 10 thousand residential units, 1.5 million square feet of retail space, 10 million square feet of industrial space, a medical campus, regional employment areas, and open spaces. Currently, over 1,600 acres have been sold.
